Grown on century-old vines at an altitude of 700 metres, Folgado's Carrasquinha and Verdea olives are cold pressed in a certified organic mill. Following a multi-generational tradition, the olives are hand harvested when they are at their ripest in early December, holding less water and a more intense flavor. Produced only in small batches, this oil has a pleasantly peppery flavor balanced by underlying fruitiness.
